  FORT RAMON MAGSAYSAY, Palayan City---At least 90 mountaineers and bikers, who were stranded due to heavy rains, were rescued in a two-day operation by soldiers and policemen from the provinces of Pampanga and Bulacan, the Army said on Friday (Oct. 16).   Lt. Col. Felix Emeterio Valdez, chief of the 48th Infantry Division, said 36 of the stranded individuals were rescued from the outskirts of Floridablanca in Pampanga on Oct. 11.
