Loyola Anchor Land Holdings, Inc., a luxury developer focused on the Filipino-Chinese market, is setting aside P35 billion for capital expenditures (capex) until 2021 while its recurring revenues will triple to P2 billion by 2022. In an interview after the firm’s annual stockholders’ meeting, Anchor Land Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Steve Li said the capex will be used to support both its residential and investment projects located mainly in Manila and Parañaque.
