      BACOLOD CITY -- A trial court judge has convicted two men who were arrested by policemen last year for separate drug offenses.   Judge Raymond Joseph Javier of the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 in Bacolod City found Jamil Equibal Recaido guilty of selling shabu (methamphetamine) in violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.   Recaido was sentenced to life imprisonment and mandated to pay a fine of P1.5 million.
