By Charissa Luci-Atienza With the increasing number of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) abused and maltreated abroad, the House Committee on Migrant Workers’ Affairs is calling for the forging of more bilateral agreements with Europe, United States, and other countries that accord highest protection and job opportunities for Filipinos.
