By Jun Ramirez LEGASPI CITY – The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has padlocked a large general merchandising establishment which has passed itself off as a small store in Ocampo, Camarines Sur. (MANILA BULLETIN) Bicol Revenue Regional Director Gerry Dumayas closed the retail outlet after its owner, a certain Efren De Luna, allegedly refused to settle the multi-million-peso deficiency tax assessment made against the business establishment.
