Abadilla The Cavite government plans to issue P200- billion bonds to build Sangley Point international airport after the Department of Transportation (DOTr) imposed a deadline to resolve the former’s project financing problems. “We’re looking towards a bond float to start everthing out with the province as one of the initiators of the bond float.
