By Leslie Ann Aquino The National Council of Churches in the Philippines (NCCP) is worried of the possibility of Sunday’s bombing of the Jolo Cathedral in Sulu being used as an excuse to declare martial law in the country. “We deem these bombings as acts of terrorism.
