The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) stood by its claim that the personal protective equipment (PPE) sets it acquired were not overpriced. In a statement, the DBM’s Procurement Service (DBM-PS) said all the documents for the PPE purchase that it made public “are evident.” The Budget department has been fending off allegations of PPE overpricing raised by Sen.
