  MANILA, Philippines --- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has assured the public, especially those severely affected by Typhoon Ulysses, that relief operations are still ongoing. DSWD said in a statement on Friday that field offices (FO) continue to assist local government units (LGUs) in areas hard hit by Ulysses, like Marikina, Rizal, Central Luzon, and Cagayan Valley.
