  HONG KONG --- Travel bubble flights under the Singapore-Hong Kong arrangement havebeen postponed, Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Edward Yau said onSaturday (Nov 21), adding that the two governments will announce in early December as to when the flights will restart.
