MANILA, Philippines --- A low pressure area (LPA) spotted inside the Philippines Area of Responsibility (PAR) will bring cloudy skies and thunderstorms in the Davao Region and South Cotabato, the state weather bureau said Friday.   In a weather update, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Chris Perez said the LPA was last spotted 530 kilometers east southeast of Davao City.   Pagasa said the LPA is less likely to develop into a storm but would continue to affect parts of Mindanao for the next two days.   https://www.facebook.com/PAGASA.DOST.GOV.PH/videos/599235690665811/?vh=e&d=n &...Keep on reading: Hot, humid in Luzon ... more
