The water in Ipo Dam has reached spilling levels, prompting authorities to conduct emergency water discharges at around 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a hydrological dam situationer for Ipo Dam, which noted that the water level of Ipo Dam in Norzagaray, Bulacan has reached 101.47 meters at around 3:45 p.m. The dam’s spilling level is at 101 meters.
