Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corporation (Lipad) would soon start leading the operations and maintenance (O&M) of Clark International Airport, the Department of Transportation said. Transport Secretary Arthur Tugade said recently the government would turnover the O&M to Lipad, formerly North Luzon Airport Consortium, by August 16. Lipad is composed of Filinvest Development Corp., JG Summit Holdings, Inc., Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions Inc., and Changi Airport Philippines Pte. Ltd.
