MANILA, Philippines --- The gradual decrease in the daily number of coronavirus cases stems from a change in people's behavior and the effectiveness of advertisements featuring President Rodrigo Duterte. This was the explanation given by Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr., the chief implementer of the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), during the President's late-night briefing on Wednesday.
