In a radio interview, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather specialist Rey Ordinario said the LPA was last spotted 980 kilometers east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar around 3 p.m. Sunday.
