LGUs told to conduct surveillance TWO local government units (LGUs) in Bulacan have been advised by a private hospital in Sta. Maria town on Sunday to trace the origins of the meningococcemia virus originated that could caused the death of two children, aged 1 and 3. The Rogaciano M. Mercado Memorial Hospital (RMMMH) urged local officials of Sta.
