By Alexandria Dennise San Juan Another potential tropical depression entered the Philippine area of responsibility Thursday night a day after Tropical Storm “Dodong” (international name Sepat) exited the country. In a weather bulletin issued Friday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said new low-pressure area (LPA) was spotted 960 kilometers east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
