2 months New LPA spotted east of PH MB
By Marjaleen Ramos The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is monitoring a new low pressure area (LPA) brewing east of the country. Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin on Wednesday said the trough of the LPA outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) will bring rains over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region. The provinces of Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon.
