OLONGAPO CITY: A ray of sunshine interrupted the rainy Friday here, giving way to the oath-taking ceremony of the fresh set of city officials led by new city mayor Rolen “Lenj” Paulino Jr., the son and namesake of outgoing mayor Rolen Paulino. Paulino Jr., a 27-year-old lawyer, substituted for his father, the incumbent mayor, during the last midterm elections and won convincingly.
