(Pagcor) reported yesterday that it exceeded its revenue target in the first four-months of the year owing to strong gaming income as well as license fees from offshore gaming operators. In a statement, Andrea Domingo, Pagcor chairman and chief executive, said the agency’s revenues increased by 11 percent to P25.09 billion in January to April this year from P22.51 billion in the same period last year.
