BACOLOD CITY ---- Sections of a hospital in Silay City were locked down starting Wednesday after eight staff members and seven patients tested positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The operating and delivery rooms of the Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital would be closed for seven days, said Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz.
