By Roy Mabasa Filipinos in Tunisia were advised to be vigilant following two suicide blasts on Thursday morning that killed one Tunisian police officer and wounding of several others. The Philippine government, through its Embassy in Libya, also called on all Filipino nationals to avoid certain areas in the Tunisian capital where the incident occurred and take the necessary precautions. Reports showed that the two explosions happened along Rue de Charles de Gaulle in downtown Tunis at around 10 a.m. on Thursday.
