Manila Water Co. Inc. and Maynilad Water Services Inc. would lower their rate next month, the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS RO) said on Tuesday, September 15. MWSS chief regulator Patrick Lester Ty said the agency authorized Manila Water and Maynilad to apply a lower foreign currency differential adjustment (FCDA) of P0.15 per cubic meter (m3) and P0.01 per m3, respectively, for the fourth quarter of 2020.
